Sunny is an excellent realtor! She found my current rental condo in south Orange County. I started searching on my own, but Sunny presented several better options that fit my criteria. She then helped me evaluate them in person, and assisted me with the lease agreement for the one that I selected. She negotiated a better price and favorable renewal terms. She also was very helpful in advising me on many of the lease details. When it’s time for me to buy a house or a condo, I definitely will work with Sunny.
